  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, with regard to the protection of natural persons, the processing of their personal data and the free movement of this data (GDPR henceforth).
  • Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, with regard to personal data protection and guarantee of digital rights (known in Spanish and referred to as LOPDGDD henceforth).
  • Royal Decree 3/2010 of 8 December, National Security Framework (known in Spanish and referred to as ENS henceforth).
  • Regulation ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and additional regulations ISO/IEC 27xxx (ISO27 henceforth).
  • Regulatory developments, instructions, directives, regulations and standards applicable at any time, with regard to personal data protection and information security.

Based on the GDPR, LOPDGDD, ENS and ISO27 requirements, TERALCO SOLUTIONS S.L. will implement the technical and organisational measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of corporate services and information including the processing of personal data.
