Frequently asked questions about working at Teralco Group
I just sent my CV. What can I expect?
Your CV will be reviewed by our colleagues from the relevant Technical Area according to the position and by Human Resources. If it meets the expected requirements, we will contact you to meet. If 2 or 3 weeks have passed since you sent it, we have not contacted you, this indicates that at this time, your profile does not match what we are looking for. However, it does not fall on deaf ears. We will have it in our files for future opportunities.
How is the selection process at Teralco Group?
It depends on the position in question. You may or may not have to do a technical test. You may have to interview just one or more people. Sometimes you will also have to pass a final interview with the client who has commissioned the project for which the position is requested. What will surely happen is that we will treat you well, and we will not ask you strange questions, such as what superpowers you would like to have.
If I am not selected for the position, will you give me feedback on what I can improve?
If during the selection process you are not finally the chosen candidate, if you want we can give you feedback on why this has been the case. That will help you improve in your future interviews.
I meet all the requirements for the position but you have not contacted me to do an interview. Why?
Sometimes it happens that we receive many CV for the same position. So, even though they meet the requirements, we should discard some and stick with only those with more complete profiles. We would like to be able to answer all of them but we do not always have time to do so. Excuse us if it is.
